Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager – Multiple Roles

Nordic Fusion is seeking a full time, permanent Store Manager for its Mosman outlet and an Assistant Store Manager to develop into the Store Manager role for one of its Manly outlets. These are great opportunities for someone who has a passion for beautiful and high quality fashion and home ware products. Nordic Fusion has an excellent reputation for its Scandinavian designer products and is a growing business with lots of opportunities for the right people.

These roles will be accountable for

• Taking ownership of store operations and management functions
• Providing effective leadership and development to all Nordic Fusion store assistants
• Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieving agreed sales and revenue targets

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager or Department Manager
• Experience in a retail environment preferably in fashion or home wares or a similar industry
• The ability to provide outstanding customer service and take ownership of delivering solutions to customers
• Exceptional sales and merchandising skills
• The ability to lead, coach and develop a team of people
• The drive and determination to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated flexibility to grow and change as the needs of a small business change over time
• Willingness and commitment to do whatever it takes to get the job done
